The Rats, a gang with an affinity for chains and the color yellow, controlled this side of town, west of the train tracks and east of the river. Yet, whenever Amelia walked the tracks with Tara, the Rats were sure to keep their distance. The same went for the Cobras, on the west end of the river; the Skull Squad, characterized by red skull tattoos; and the Coyotes, from State Street to Vulture Avenue.
